GoVoiceQ — Call. Raise. Resolve.

Last updated: August 17, 2026 (version 2026-08-17)

GoVoiceQ is a platform operated by Qyntel Technologies. By registering your society with GoVoiceQ, you agree to the terms below. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.

1. What GoVoiceQ provides

GoVoiceQ is a voice and dashboard-based complaint management service for residential societies. Residents raise complaints by phone; the system logs, assigns, and tracks them through resolution. GoVoiceQ also offers an optional maintenance billing add-on, activated at the society's request. GoVoiceQ provides the software platform for logging, tracking, and communicating about complaints only; the actual resolution of any complaint (repairs, maintenance work, or other action) is carried out by the society's own staff, vendors, or management, and is their responsibility, not GoVoiceQ's.

2. Your society's responsibilities

3. Pilot period

If your society is participating in a pilot, the pilot runs for 15 days from activation, or until 7500 credits are used by your society, whichever comes first. GoVoiceQ will let you know as the pilot approaches this limit. After the pilot period ends, continuing the service requires moving to a paid subscription; pricing will be shared before the pilot period ends, based on your actual usage.

4. Payments and billing

If your society enables the maintenance billing add-on, payments are collected directly into your society's own Razorpay account — GoVoiceQ does not hold or process resident payments itself. Subscription fees for the GoVoiceQ service (once pricing is finalized after your pilot period) are billed separately.

5. Suspension

If a society's account falls behind on payment or breaches these terms, GoVoiceQ may suspend the account. A suspended account stops accepting new complaints and blocks new records, and existing data becomes inaccessible until the account is reinstated.

6. Data and privacy

How we collect, store, and use data is described fully in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

GoVoiceQ is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We aim for high availability and accurate complaint routing, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, third-party telephony or SMS provider outages, or inaccuracies in information provided by users. GoVoiceQ is not responsible for the outcome, quality, or timeliness of any repair or maintenance work carried out in response to a complaint; that responsibility rests solely with the society and the staff or vendors it assigns. GoVoiceQ is likewise not liable for the content of any broadcast or announcement message submitted by a society's committee members or admins; responsibility for that content rests with the society.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of GoVoiceQ after an update means you accept the revised terms.
